Students who score 66 or higher on the Compass Algebra Test, or 31 or higher on the Compass Trigonometry test are placed in Math Level 5
To take a course that requires Math Level 5 you must have a a Compass Algebra score of 66 or higher; a Compass Trigonometry score of 31 or higher; or have successfully completed (C or better) one of the following courses: MATH 102, MATH 104, MATH 120, MATH 151, MATH 152, MATH 159, MATH 180, MATH 190, MATH 250, MATH 251
