Reading Level 1

- Students who score 49 - 65 on the Compass Reading Test are placed in Reading Level 1
- To take a course that requires Reading Level 1 you must have a Compass Reading Score of 49 or higher; an ACT Reading Score of 18 or higher; have earned a cumulative high school GPA of 3.3 or higher; or have successfully completed (C or better) one of the following courses: ENGL 050 , ENGL 051 , ENGL 060 , ENGL 100 , ENGL 101
