INDS 260 - Manufacturing Processes2 Credit (0.5 lecture, 1.75 lab) 2.25 Contact Hours This course illustrates technological manufacturing methods currently in use. Course topics include computer-aided design and manufacturing, flexible manufacturing systems and cells, robotics in the work force, computer integrated manufacturing, computer numerical control, computer management systems and various methods of manufacturing. Field trips to manufacturing sites are included and a research paper is required. OFFERED: fall semesters
