Landscape and Lawn Management Certificate

MCC offers a Certificate in Landscape & Lawn Management in partnership with Michigan State University. This program combines horticulture and business courses to prepare students for careers in the landscape and nursery industry.

MCC Program Requirements

ENGL 101 - Freshman English II 3 credit
MGMT 235 - Small Business Management 3 credit or
MGMT 237 - Concepts of Management 3 credit

Plus three of the following:

ACCT 105 - Accounting for Small Business 3 credit
ACCT 246 - Tax Accounting 3 credit
BUSN 200 - Legal Environment of Business 3 credit or
MRKT 234 - Retailing 3 credit
MRKT 248 - Advertising 3 credit
