Students gain skills in business fundamentals and specific sport management disciplines in a learning environment that balances textbook theory with real-world business application. This program is designed for students to transfer to the Sport Management (BBA) program at Davenport University and other 4-year institutions.
Upon completion of this program [CIP: 31.0504], graduates should be able to:
- demonstrate accounting techniques used in sports management.
- demonstrate marketing in sports management.
- explain management principles in sports management.
- transfer to a four-year institution.
Prerequisite courses may apply to this program. A minimum of 60 unduplicated credits (100 level or higher) are required for all associate degree programs.
