Digital Arts A.A.S.

The Digital Arts Associate of Applied Science degree prepares students to work as commercial artists, or start their own businesses as freelance commercial artists. Students will gain real-world experiences creating scenes, photographing products & architecture, manipulating images in design software, and branding. Upon successful completion of this program, each student will have created a professional portfolio and a business plan.

Upon completion of this program [CIP: 50.0605], graduates should be able to:

  • demonstrate commercial photography.
  • demonstrate studio photography.
  • demonstrate architectural photography.
  • demonstrate manipulation of digital images.
  • create a photography business.

Prerequisite courses may apply to this program.
