HVAC 230 - HVAC Service 5 Credit: (1 lecture, 4 lab, 0 clinical) [HVAC 220 ] This course will provide students with the skills necessary to install Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems. Topics include maintenance schedules, diagnostics, component checks, gas analysis and leak detection along with basic system analysis. Students will be spending time in both the lab and the classroom. Course material is aligned with North American Technician Excellence (NATE) standards Certified HVAC Professionals (CHP-5).
