AGRI 110 - Introduction to Animal Science4 credit (3 lecture, 2 lab) 5 contact hours This course describes the history and development of animal agriculture in the United States and the world. The relationship of animal agriculture to human needs and production systems, marketing and environmental concerns is discussed. Current issues and goals of U.S. farm animal production is presented.
