Welding Technology Certificate

This certificate program stresses the development of techniques and understanding of quality weldments. Effects of heat and stress on welded materials are studied and practiced in the laboratory. Students may develop sufficient skill for American Welding Society Certification*. Students interested in receiving an associate degree should see a counselor/advisor.

Prerequisite courses may apply to this program.

Note:


*Students pursuing an associate degree or transfer should consider taking MATH 102 MATH 104 , MATH 159 , MATH 180 , MATH 190 MATH 250 , or MATH 251  instead of INDS 122  

Note:


Minimum of 30 unduplicated credits (100 level or higher) required for all certificate programs.
