College Facilities



Sidney Campus

Activities Building: This building contains an NCAA-size pool, a gymnasium with climbing wall and fitness center, the MCC Bookstore operated by Follett, vending machines, and The Cyber Cafe`. All facilities are available to students and community members.

Donad C. Burns Administration/Library Building: This building houses administrative offices, Student and Enrollment Services, The Student Success Center, Financial Aid and the Library. Public computers, Internet access and study areas are available in the library.

Barn Theater: MCC’s performing arts facility, the Barn Theater, is located west of College Drive.

Beatrice E. Doser Building: This building houses seminar and conference space, the Early College program, computer labs and classrooms, general classrooms, and instructor offices.

Bookstore: The MCC Bookstore, operated by Follett, is located in the Activities Building. It offers textbooks, supplies and a variety of MCC branded items.

Foundation Farmhouse: The Foundation farmhouse is located on Sidney Road west of College Drive.

Kenneth J. Smith Instructionnal Building: This building houses more than half of MCC’s Sidney campus instructional space and serves as the college’s center for science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) learning. The top level of the Smith Building houses The Center for STEM Learning and the lower level houses The Center for Nursing & Health Careers. These spaces feature leading edge technology and equipment aimed at delivering coursework in areas such as nursing, anatomy and physiology, biology, chemistry, mathematics, sciences and more.

Instruction North Building: This building serves as the college’s space for criminal justice and HVAC instruction and includes classrooms and labs.

Les Morford Building: This building contains auditoriums, classrooms.

Montcalm Heritage Village: The village, located on the west side of campus, includes historical buildings and artifacts. An annual Heritage Festival takes place in the Village in August.

Kenneth J. Lehman Nature Trails: More than four miles of trails on MCC’s Sidney campus are marked with numbered trail posts, and maps are available at most major trail heads. The nature trails also feature an outdoor classroom. They are open to the public from dawn until dusk, 365 days a year. There is no charge to visit these beautiful trails, which wind through forests, grasslands and wetlands. In addition, a disc golf course is open and free to use.

Stanley P. Ash Building: This two-story facility includes science classrooms, an auditorium, nursing classrooms, chemistry and biology laboratories, and instructor offices.

Greenville Campus

MCC’s Stanley and Blanche Ash Technology Learning Center (TLC): This building is located at 1325 Yellow Jacket Drive in Greenville. This center offers open-entry, open-exit skills training to meet business and industry needs. The TLC also houses classrooms, a community room, computer and learning labs and display areas.

Bill Braman Family Center for Education: This building serves as MCC’s center for skilled trades training. It features technology labs, flexible classrooms, student study spaces and rooms for community use, as well as high-speed Internet access.
