ATMN 175 - Industrial Networking 2 Credit: (1 lecture, 1 open-lab, 0 clinical) 2 Contact Hours: [ATMN 160 ] This course covers the applicable skills and theory for Ethernet industrial communication networks used on automated lines. Students will explore a wide array of Ethernet topics to gain a strong grasp on the foundational knowledge necessary to understand the function of Ethernet industrial communication networks. Students will develop the skills needed to install, configure, and troubleshoot basic networking hardware peripherals and protocols, such as TCP/IP and Ethernet/IP. Semesters Offered: fall semesters
